WE'RE OFFERING A $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We are seeking to hire a Property Manager for the two fast paced
affordable Properties of Magnolia Apartments 1 and 2 in the Eliot
Neighborhood. We are looking for a dynamic Property Manager who is
experienced, organized, and enjoys working with people to oversee
two 50-unit, tax credit buildings in NE Portland. The ideal
Property Manager will have at least two years' experience managing
affordable housing and overseeing multiple staff members.
Workdays: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 an hour (DOE)
Additional Compensation: You will be provided a cell phone and
mileage reimbursement for travel required for trainings. In this

Responsibilities for the Property Manager
Keeping resident rental records
Working with vendors
Overseeing a staff
Working with maintenance technicians
Working with case managers
Completing certification paperwork

Two (2) years of experience in Property Manager is required.
Two (2) years of Tax Credit Section 42 experience is preferred.
A current valid driver's license and reliable transportation to
travel between properties is required.
Knowledge of building systems, alarms, and preventative maintenance
are all preferred.
