Essential Duties Financial: Preparation and sending of invoices (using QuickBooks) Contacting clients for payment resolution, negotiating payment arrangements, collections Paying bills Recording and reconciling payments Provide support to customer groups regarding insurance Provide support to CFO on budgeting and other requests Other duties as assignedOffice Management: Organize company events and meetings. Monitoring office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed (paper, printer toner, kitchen supplies) Organize maintenance work to keep office clean and safe (janitor, plumbing, locksmith shredding service) Assisting the organization's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date Tracking Tenant lease renewals Responding to requests from Tenants regarding the building Other duties as assignedStaff: Time sheet reminders for payroll Manage reimbursement requests (mileage, etc.) Other duties as assigned Key Skills Work independently in a fast paced environment Experience working with QuickBooks Be able to balance multiple projects and prioritize work with minimal supervision Possess excellent communication skills to interface with vendors, clients and community partners Be proficient working with databases, Microsoft Office, and Internet Search tools Possess excellent judgment and professionalism Preferred Previous EAP or Healthcare experience and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records Bachelor's degree Bilingual (Spanish/English) The Perks: From competitive salaries and benefit packages to education reimbursement and equity, we offer employees benefits that improve employees' personal lives as well as their careers.
