Job Description:

Laurel Parc, a beautiful and upscale senior living community, seeks a detail-oriented RN to serve as a Resident Care/Case Manager. This key role will collaborate with our care team, care Directors and residents, mainly in Assisted Living, to ensure a superior level of care and the proper carrying out of service plans.
