Manager, Learning & Development, Deloitte Technology AcademyThe

skills development. When operating at full scale, we expect
Deloitte Tech Academy to train tens of thousands of learners
annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber,
custom development, and package technologies.Work you'll doAs a
Manager, you will lead projects aligned to one or more DTA threads
while driving connections across the broader team. As we enhance
the DTA organization, threads of work include:Ecosystem: establish
and implement a strategic vision for an L&D ecosystem for DTA
including 1) corporate learning vendors 2) academic institutions 3)
technology alliance partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, Google,
etc.)DTA - Foundational & Advanced Schools: support the development
efforts and innovation for the assigned DTA Programs/ content
areas, including Cloud, AI, Cyber, Launchpad Program (a technical
bootcamp for new campus hires in India) and support the new and
upcoming areas.Governance: Support our strategic vision in various
other areas like - 1) use of learner assessments to measure
upskilling needs and progress, 2) badges/certifications 3) overall
DTA success measures; 4) DTA budgeting/operationsRisk & Compliance:
Ensure completion and adherence to various risk and compliance
processes and internal administrative policies.As a member of one
of these thread teams, you will collaborate with a blended US/USI
team and exhibit agility in driving connection across a diverse and
cross-functional set of stakeholders. Reporting to the DTA
Ecosystem Leader, your responsibilities may include:Apply knowledge
of vendor landscape, adult learning theory, learning and
development best practices, tools and technology to advise on and
evaluate options to elevate the learning strategy.Manage a team of
specialists aligned to the areas described in the sections above.
Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes team
member contribution by creating an environment of mutual support
and shared responsibility. Support the design, development, pilot,
delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability
development solutions that support Deloitte professionals'
performance and growth in technologyDefine and execute L&D
strategies in collaboration with the DTA COE Leadership and
cross-functional business leaders and talent stakeholdersBuild
trust and consult with a variety of stakeholders to ensure we are
meeting their needs and expectations, provide regular status
updates / dashboard for the assigned areas of work.Create
structure, organization, and clear processes to enable a seamless
and effective learning program experienceDefine and execute L&D
strategies in collaboration with DTA COE Leadership and
cross-functional business leaders and talent stakeholdersLead
project teams, which may include Development Specialists, Subject
Matter Resources, Delivery Managers, vendors, and India-based
technical teams for the assigned responsibility areas.Create and
review deliverables that support and drive strategy and
organization of DTAExhibit a consultative mindset to assess current
state, define future vision and define gapsContribute to remote
teamwork to deliver on the DTA vision across geographies-executing
with strong project management skills to monitor projects,
financials, scope, issues, risks, timelines-by delivering quality
solutions that achieve desired business outcomes.Cultivate an
inclusive, high-performing team that maximizes team member
contribution by creating an environment of mutual support and
shared responsibility.Maintain an active curiosity about the latest
trends in the technology training landscape (including competitor
actions regarding their own technology academies) to anticipate
business asks and oversee the creation of development solutions to
keep DTA on the leading edge of efficient and effective skill
development.Lead, inspire, and coach team members, fostering
individual and team growth and agility through delegation,
feedback, instruction, and encouragement-building on strengths and
dissecting and developing areas for improvement.Use data throughout
the solution development lifecycle to identify opportunities,
inform decisions, test ideas, design and improve solutions, and
measure impact.Provide functional expertise to identify, research,
and resolve complex problemsQualifications, Skills and
ExperienceRequired:Bachelor's Degree; minimum 8 years of related
experienceDemonstrated, end-to-end project/program management
experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution,
performance/monitoring, and project closeDemonstrated consultative
approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to
communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing,
with audiences at all management levelsHighly organized, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities, work threads, team members,
and stakeholdersAgile and flexible, able to pivot and react quickly
to new and high priority needsStrong relationship building and
stakeholder management skills, including experience owning client
relationships with senior leadersAbility to analyze and synthesize
data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop
compelling recommendationsAbility to work autonomously and

learning and development functionPrior consulting or professional
services experienceDegrees or certifications in Adult Learning,
Organizational Psychology, or Human ResourcesStrong
strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team
members on best practicesProven experience successfully leading a
project portfolio including scoping, planning, budgeting, and
delivering multiple concurrent, complex work streams in a matrixed
organizationExperience taking a consultative approach to designing
and delivering innovative learning solutions with measurable
business resultsStrong analytical skills and ability to identify
and present data-driven insights and trendsOutstanding
interpersonal skills that build relationships across levels with a
capacity for influence, collaboration, and consensus-buildingSome
amount of travel could be required based on role
responsibilitiesThe wage range for this role takes into account the
wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and
training; licensure and certifications; and other business and
organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been
adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with
the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it
is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate
of the current range is is $86,425 to $159,165.You may also be
eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an
award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without
limitation, individual and organizational
