Department Overview
The Division of Pulmonary Allergy & Critical Care Medicine (PACCM) provides expert care for patients with lung diseases, allergies and immunologic disorders, and post-critical illness - needs in our outpatient clinics, pulmonary and allergy patients in our hospitals, and critically - ill patients in our intensive care units. In addition to our commitment to outstanding clinical care, we are proud of our extensive research programs, from basic science to clinical trials. Function/Duties of Position
Clinical:

• 
  
• Outpatient and inpatient clinical duties in the Allergy and Immunology Section of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, as assigned by the Division Head.
  
  Administrative, Educational and Academic:
  
  • 
    
  • The position will fill the role of the Endowed Chair and Director of the Burghardt Food Allergy Center. Educational responsibilities include presenting at and otherwise participating in division grand rounds and other conferences and may include teaching residents and medical students. Further responsibilities will be developed in conjunction with the division chief.
    
    Research:
    
    • 
      
    • Conduct independent clinical, translational, or basic science research.
      
      Required Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • MD or other qualifying doctorate degree.
        
      • Must have or be eligible for an Oregon Medical License
        
      • ABIM certification or eligibility for certification
        
      • Completion of an accredited fellowship in Allergy/Immunology
