Operations Manager- NW Region located in Portland, OR. Required
Education: AA Degree or Higher Preferred Certifications/Licenses:
OSHA 10-hour CPR/First Aid Qualifications: In order to become a
candidate, you must possess these skills and abilities 5+ years'
experience in an Operations role, 3 + years of management or
leadership skills in a fast-paced environment Familiarity in
construction, A/E contracting Knowledge and Development of
operational policies and procedures. implementation of new policies
and procedures Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Advanced communication and writing skills Capable of grasping and
utilizing complex ideas and strategies Strong ethical leadership
abilities Responsibilities: Maintain client and vendor relations
Adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen conditions Computer
skills including iPad or other tablets. Ability to work in a team
environment. Reconcile and approve monthly invoices Contract
Management: including monthly client reports for the invoice
Contribute to the development, implementation and review of
operational policies and procedures manage equipment and clothing
distribution for field employees Coordinate new and update project
forms for employee status changes Address concerns of field
employee Draft monthly Operations Reports Draft marketing report
Review contract budgets and invoices Manage operations reporting,
client/employee management Interface with clients and staff
regularly planning and execution of company events for the
northwest region Troubleshooting Other shared administrative tasks
as needed Salary: $36 - $38 Per Hour Bonus Pay: A bonus may be
granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee
utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other
non-financial corporate goals, bonus opportunities are available at
