Eatons ESSG EESSD Electrical Engrg Svcs Systems Div division is
currently seeking a Operations Project Manager Manager who will
oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including field
service manpower, engineering and sales support for the operation.

integrate and optimize the elements of a power system to make sure

safe, efficient, reliable, and up-to-date. This role offer company
car, and is overtime-eligible after 40 hours.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 -
$129799.96 a year.

**What youll do:**
The Project Operations Manager will assist in managing the
Districts job schedule and backlog, including preparation of job
plans, budgets, schedules, personnel requirements and/or other
tasks as required. The Engineer will assist the District Manager
and Coordinator in developing short term business financial
forecasts, developing and implementing the annual profit plan, and
developing cost estimates for proposals and writing
negotiations.
+ Regularly work with and provide technical support for Field
Service Representatives and Operations Engineer as they execute
jobs: Performing field acceptance testing, Preventative maintain,
Startup and commissioning
+ Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work
performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company
expense and time allocation.
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers,
support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers,
interface and coordinate with other plants and business units
within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and
services for the district.
+ Provide customers basic applications information via phone or
on-site consultation and be available to respond to emergency
situations with minimal notification.
**Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or military
experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing projects
and/or service work.
+ Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted drivers
license.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
company sponsorship.
+ No relocation is being offered for this position. Only candidates
residing within a 50-mile radius of the Wilsonville, OR facility
will be considered.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical or
engineering technology) from an accredited institution.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the electrical industry, products
and solutions.
+ Working knowledge of finances, sales and proposal generation
**Skills:**
+ Candidate will have proven customer service, sales ability, and
ability to handle difficult customers and gain satisfaction.
+ Candidate will demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment
handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique
situations encountered at diverse work sites.
+ Candidate must demonstrate strong organizational, project, time
and task management skills
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer
relationships and resolve complaints.
+ Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting
priorities.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
+ Candidate should be capable of maintaining professionalism and
focus while under pressure
