About the roleThis position is responsible for timely and accurate issuing of customer project proposals, management of lighting system projects from receipt of purchase order through completion of engineering checkout, design and drafting of Occupancy Sensor Layouts, and assisting Applications designers. ResponsibilitiesAssist customers (i.e., representatives and specifiers) with product application issues through email and/or telephone communications.Review and analyze plans, specifications, bills of materials, and other applicable contract documents for preparing a quotation for a project sale or occupancy sensor layout design.Formulate a quotation or sensor layout based on the review and analysis process.Issue revised quotations or layouts as needed (i.e., changes in design, customer requirements, etc).Receive and process project purchase orders, project approvals and releases.Maintain project database, project directories and Manage project through multiple Leviton Departments.Handle all questions and act as project liaison with Sales, or National Account Distributor.Ensure ongoing communication between all parties, with regard to project opportunities.Assist application engineers to accomplish tasks when required.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Skills & AbilitiesComputer literacy in such programs as, but not limited to Microsoft Windows: Word, Access, and ExcelAble to read riser diagrams, electronic schematics, and specificationsKnowledge of electronic devices, dimming, and lighting controls is recommendedCustomer service skills, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills are required Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceHigh School diplomaAA preferredMinimum of 3 years of previous Project Management experience 5 years' experience with lighting controls preferred Travel5-10% What We OfferComprehensive benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs401K plans with employer-matching contributionsTuition reimbursementPTOPaid holidaysVolunteer time offFor more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
