What You'll Do Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

service to clients in all aspects and phases of existing insurance
accounts Keep Sales Executives fully informed of all important
activities on their accounts. Monitor expiration list for client
accounts and initiate renewal process. Provide comprehensive
marketing of new and renewal business and develop market strategy
as required; account placement from start to finish without direct
supervision. Develop, coordinate and pull together client and
insurance company presentations. Provide accurate information to
underwriters and respond to client requests. Perform all tasks in
the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of Sales Executive's book
of business in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Check
new and renewal policies for accuracy, based on proposals,
applications and expiring policies. Service commercial lines
accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing
our E&O exposures. Participate in meetings, seminars and
classes for skill and knowledge development Effectively
communicates client updates to appropriate team members Assists
with other team duties as needed i.e., position vacancy, cover
personal time off, etc. You Should Have: Three + years industry
related experience required. Prefer a minimum of five to seven
years industry related experience. Perfer an Associates degree or
experience equivalent to a degree Must have a current Oregon
Property and Casuality license Strong reasoning skills and the
ability to analyze and interpret data and can clearly communicate
ideas in a concise manner Complete knowledge of Carriers and
industry standard forms. Good listening skills and attention to
detail are important. Excellent written and communication skills,
and the ability to present and articulate complex issues in a clear
and concise manner The ability to handle and prioritize multiple
tasks while meeting deadlines in a high volume, fast paced
environment. Demonstrated the commitment to work through projects
to completion The ability to be persuasive while maintaining good
relationships with peers, carriers and clients A high degree of
tact and diplomacy with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and
other programs The willingness to complete additional duties and
take on additional responsibilities as the need arises This Job
