Job Description:
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Develop, implement, govern and manage local Compensation tools,
programs and processes for assigned Business functions and in
adidas AG. Participate in the development, implementation,
governance and management of global Compensation tools, programs
and processes. Both so that our employees are paid competitively
and gender neutrally and meet the needs of our employees in all
generations to create moments that matter and reasons to join and

levels of the organizationREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
--- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent level of
experience -
--- Minimum of 6+ years of overall work experience within Rewards
including Compensation
--- Strong Project Management and process design experience
--- Experience working in an international environment
preferred
--- High level of affinity to and experience with Business
computing solutions, ideally with SAP-HR
