The Nurse Director will report to the experienced Executive Director, and be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the department. The Director will lead a close knit team of RNs while working in collaboration with other leaders to streamline methods to provide continuous high quality care for residents. The Clinical Team is composed of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Nursing Assistants.Within the 80+ bed facility, the Nursing Director of Rehabilitation Services will oversee every aspect of patient care and the facilities specialities such as respite care and supplementary care.
