343 Industries is the developer of the blockbuster Halo series
of video games. As part of Xbox Game Studios, the Halo franchise
encompasses games, television series, novels, comics, licensed
collectibles, apparel and more. We are looking for new Spartans to
join our team to build the next generation of games and experiences
in our award-winning sci-fi universe. Do you understand modern

would love to speak with you about becoming our next Senior Product
Manager! -The Product Management team at 343 Industries is looking
for a Senior Product Manager to guide existing and future live
service titles in the creation and refinement of live content and
progression systems. As a Senior Product Manager, collaborating
closely with your counterparts on the game leadership team, you
will work to define, prioritize, and set performance goals for
studio titles. You will work closely with the titles Lead Designer,
Executive Producer and Business Manager to define and prioritize
key product performance features to maximize player enjoyment and
business impact. -Reporting to the Director of Product Management,
you will coordinate with Experience Validation, User Research and
Marketing to define and size target audiences for game features.
This role will work directly with partner teams to determine
product priorities in line with target audiences. A key area of
success for this role is to comprehend what motivates and drives
players, and use this knowledge to enhance live content and
progression systems. This will boost player engagement KPIs and
help achieve product performance goals. Roles at our studio are
flexible, and you can work from home up to two days a week
(Thursday and Friday) in this role. -Microsoft's mission is to

day.Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years
experience in product/service/project/program management or
software development,OR equivalent experience. -4+ years -live
free-to-play/games as a service title operations experience,
working on progression and player economy management to deliver new
or improve existing game features to drive increase acquisition,
retention and revenue performance. - -Other Requirements: Ability
to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening
requirements are required for this role. These requirements
include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security
screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be
required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon
hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or
Preferred qualifications: - Fluent with analyzing acquisition,
engagement, and revenue performance data and producing actionable
insights. -Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to
distill informal game or business requirements into problem
definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
-Experienced in Agile methodologies, be able to create and help
maintain a backlog of work. -Proficient in directly querying data,
experience with Microsoft Data Explorer a plus. -Experience with
UGC system and product performance design preferred. -Utilize
communication and presentations skill to tell a story with data,
influence stakeholders to order to drive feature improvement.
-Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role
across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a
different range applicable to specific work locations, within the
San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the
base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 -
$238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and
