The project manager's main duties is to help supervise a wide variety of projects from pre- construction to close out. They will help organize and oversee all procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, being able to provide professionalism to their colleagues as well as their clients on a day to do basis.   • Ensuring project success through meticulous planning, organization, and resource allocation.
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within budget and on schedule.
  • Monitoring and managing project performance, including cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior leadership.Profile
    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
    • Proficient in Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.
    • In-depth knowledge of multifamily or mixed use construction.
    • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing resources, budgets, and time lines.
    • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with resilience.
    • A passion for innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
