Land Management AnalystContract Duration 3+ monthsRemote: Can work remotely anywhere in the US.Job Responsibilities:Interpreting lease agreements and other land-related agreements for real estate portfolio in development, construction, operationsAccurately abstracting critical lease payment and contract terms in SAP-RE according to agreement/contract specifications for new and existing agreements.Diligently researching discrepancies and performing payment reconciliations, as neededEvaluating rental provisions including flat and complex rents across all phases, royalties, reimbursements (crop damage, legal fees, taxes), installation fees, met tower fees, etc.Researching historical transactions, uncashed checks for escheatment, Ad hoc payment reportingReconciling contract Legal Descriptions with GIS mapping toolProviding two profiles for qualification:Profile 1AP Experience working in SAPReal Estate Module in SAPReal Estate type payment experienceReal estate agreementsOpen Items experience on vendor accounts with experience matching and clearing in SAPProfile 2Land Management ExperienceLegal Descriptions/Land ManagementVisual Depiction/MappingUnderstanding GIS and experience in GISJob Requirements:Required Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting3-5 years of experience as a payment or accounting analyst, ideally in the real estate field.Basic knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelinesFamiliarity with lease and real estate contracts and complex payment termsLease portfolio experience a plusRenewable energy or utility experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) applications.
