Description:Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Supervising Community Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for the 478-unit community of . This beautiful Class-A apartment community includes amenities such as an outdoor pool & spa, community room, fitness center, outdoor play & picnic area and much more!The Supervising Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from. We would love to see how you might fill our Supervising Community Manager role!Location: (Woodburn, OR)Annual Rate: $62,400-$70,000 (DOE)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMFLSA Status: ExemptAdditional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend, eligible for bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.What we'll do for you as the Supervising Community Manager (Employee Benefits)The Supervising Community Manager will be eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of employment.

A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates*Requirements:What you will bring as the Supervising Community Manager:
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
