is the place for you.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis
description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified
from time to time at the discretion of management.* Assists with
configuration of Agency Management System* Maintenance of Agency
Management System including: security, system access, setup of
carriers/financial companies and reports* Provide application
support to our Agency Partners * Assist with development of
training and Help Desk support material* Provide manager with
regular updates on issues* Assist with data cleanup pre and post
conversion* Manage multi projects at once CompetenciesTo perform
this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

Experience* Applied EPIC agency management system experience* High
School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required* Associates
degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is
preferred* Minimum 3 years working with insurance-industry specific
softwareComputer Skills* High PC skill including experience with
Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Explorer, the internet and
specific insurance industry software requiredOther Qualifications*
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work and meet
deadlines. Attention to detail is critical. Strong verbal, written
and interpersonal skill. * Must be customer service oriented*
Ability to problem solve* Team player and ability to work
independently with limited supervision* Evenings, weekends or
non-regular hours will be required* Remote employees must have a
dedicated quiet work area * Ability to travelPhysical Demands: The
physical demands described here are representative of those that
must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential
