+ This role is subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA).+ This TTP AIE Track is hiring for multiple positions. The positions will be distributed based on the current amount of knowledge and skills of the other nurses in the unit/departments.+ FTE: 0.9, Full Time+ Shift: Night Shift+ Shift Length: 12 Hours+ Start and Stop Times: 1900 - 0730+ Weekend Obligation: Unit based approved guidelines+ Floating Obligation: Upon completion of orientation+ Shift Differential: $2/hr differential during orientation, upon successful completion of orientation differential of $8/hr will be initiated. There is also an additional night shift differential!+ Salary: Hourly rate based on ONA contract+ Leave: Successful completion of the TTP Fellowship Acute Care Float Pool program necessitates attendance during all learning activities+ External Candidates: Vacations, paid, or unpaid leave requests (not related to an organizational policy) up to 10-weeks from the start date are not permitted. All other vacation, paid, or unpaid leave requests are subject to compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between ONA and OHSU.+ Internal ONA Candidates: All vacation, paid, or unpaid leave requests are subject to compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between ONA and OHSU.
