DescriptionShift: Exempt, Five, 8hr day shifts, M-F, No weekendsThe Office Supervisor develops and mentors non-clinical staff. Ensures that all non-clinical services are provided in a timely and accurate manner which is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Removes barriers and promotes excellent patient care.Required qualifications:

• 2 years experience in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting
• Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare environment, medical office policies and procedures, and human resource management practicesPreferred qualifications:
  • College level healthcare management coursework
  • Supervisory experience
