Family Practice/Primary Care opening in Woodburn, Oregon. APP
Need in Woodburn, OR
Covid Vaccination Required
Must be BC or truly BE, BLS, DEA, OR License
Credentialing - 8-10 weeks
Start: As soon as credentialed
LOA: 3 - 6 months
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8A - 5P
No Weekends, No Call
Outpatient Clinic
Patient Volume: 2 - 2.5/hr
Staff Mix: 13 providers (mix of MDs, NPs, PAs, MAs and OB.
EMR: EPIC
Additional Information: The city is located in the northern end of
the Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. Interstate 5
connects it to major cities to the north and south.
