Job Description:
DescriptionThe BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation
or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of
psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will
collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing
patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized
psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or
resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders
identified. Utilizing established approaches and standards the BH
LCSW will complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or
others, complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to
ensure patient and community safety. The BH LCSW incorporates
evidence based approaches in psychotherapy including but not
limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing,
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,
and the Recovery Model. The BH LCSW will demonstrate effectiveness
in assessment and diagnosis, including crisis evaluations,
individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal
treatment settings.$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and

employmentRequired qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of
Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of
Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role upon request.
Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and
requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide
proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy
for additional information.

- Washington Advanced Social Worker License upon hire or
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire -
if practicing within this state
- 2 years Post Master's experience in a behavioral health
