$120k-130k plus bonus (based on experience)
4-day work week = 3-day weekends!

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Longview, WA. We are looking for a NP to join us 4 days per week, with no office hours on the weekends, for a wonderful work life balance! Do you enjoy helping others and providing high quality care? The NP duties include performing medical and functional assessments-exams, diagnosis, and treatment performing joint and trigger point injections as needed.

Duties:
Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
Patient exams (musculoskeletal focused)
Order and review diagnostic imaging-labs-bloodwork
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to the treatment plan, care plan options, and pre and post care
Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections (will provide training if needed)
Collaborating with colleagues for comprehensive patient care
Documentation- thorough, timely and accurate
Regular patient follow up and care
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NP)
NP license to practice in WA
Experience in Joint injections a plus (will train the right candidate if needed)
Experience in Physical Medicine, functional medicine, and-or regen medicine a plus
Schedule:
Monday Thursday
4 day work week- 3 day weekends!
Compensation (range):
$120k-130k plus bonus (based on experience)
