Job Description & Requirements
Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1750.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. OT needed - ASAP start, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. OT will float between Newberg, McMinnville, and Sheridan facilities.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) - OR License
BLS

Preferred Qualifications
SNF Experience
