We are currently looking to hire a Registered Nurse for full-timecontract opportunitiesinMt Angel, OR!   Position details:Must have 2 yrs + of experience. RN must be able to start ASAP! 13-week contract, 3 days a week, 12 hours per day, Shift time: 6:30P-6:30A,36/48 hours rotating per two weeks.Competency exam, references, and 2-step TB test is required.Must have up to date covid booster and vaccine, comfortable floating throughout facility.     MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY (SNF) POSITION:

      Receive admission and / or transfers to the unit
      
      
    • 
      Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
      
      
    • 
      Timely and accurate documentation
      
      
    • 
      Interpret assessments / diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
      
      
    • 
      Promote continuous quality improvement
      
      
    • 
      Respond to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
      
      
    • 
      Act as a patient advocate while providing education and support to patients and their families
      
      
    • 
      Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
      
      
      CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Min of 2 years of recent Registered Nurse RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting Required
        
        
      • 
        Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution and active RN license Required
        
        
      • 
        Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD Required
        
        
      • 
        Verifiable work history and professional references Required
