Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 This facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Job Setting: Clinic. Types of Cases: Most cases are adults and geriatrics. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Licensure: Active Washington license required. Provider must be willing to obtain Oregon license as well. Certifications: Board Certification/Board Eligible, Basic Life Support Certification.
