With competitive pay up to $45/hr and flexible contract options, this role is perfect for dedicated nurses passionate about senior care.Highlights of the Role:Competitive Pay: Up to $45 per hour DOEWork Environment: Full-time, on-site in the Portland AreaImpactful Work: Lead nursing assistants and ensure top-quality care in a long-term care setting.Position Information:Department: NursingWork Arrangement: Full OnsiteTerms: Contract 40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Nursing Care (85%):Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per facility guidelines.Conduct admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.Implement and update resident care plans.Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Point Click Care).Administrative Support (10%):Complete required medical forms, reports, and evaluations.Assist in training staff and maintaining data resources.Other Duties (5%):Participate in staff meetings and additional projects as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Must have an RN, LPN/LVN degree from an accredited college or university.Experience: At least year of working experience as a Nurse is preferred.Licensure: Valid LPN license in Oregon.Preferred Qualifications:Strong computer skills are needed for use of our electronic charting and medical records systems - Point Click Care (PCC).Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.Physical Requirements:Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.Clear verbal communication and manual dexterity for typing and writing.Must successfully pass a drug screen and/or physical examination if requested.Must successfully pass a Criminal History check in accordance with the laws of this state.Benefits with CareNational:Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceWeekly PayReferral Bonus401(k) MatchingIf you're passionate about providing high-quality care, apply today, and one of our recruiters will reach out to you immediately!#CARE3#LI-NATIONAL#LI-ONSITEby Jobble
