Its your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents.As the Wellness Director LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN, you will:Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistencyReview routines, calendar of events, team member schedule and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or proceduresAssists with new resident orientation and transition to communityDevelop, implement and update service plansMake daily rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of residentsCoordinate admission and discharge of residentsEvaluate employee performance and assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training new employeesEnsures documentation of resident clinical status and is able to communicate to physicians and other healthcare professionalsEnsure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift changeDemonstrate organizational skills around time managementPromote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade LivingManage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEstablish effective relationships with residents, family members and staffWe are looking for great people that encompass:Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or Registered Nurse (RN)]Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional mannerEffective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their familiesDemonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respectStrong customer service skills with ability to problem solveWork with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plansOwnership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the dayAbility to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekendCare and compassionOpen-mindednessThe desire to make a differenceIf you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the caregiving team at a Cascade Living Group community$36.00 to $46.00/ hour*Depending on ExperienceJob Type: Full Time, Exempt (Salaried)Sign On Bonus:$2,500 paid after 90 days of employment$2,500 paid after 180 days of employmentIn addition to a wide variety of career opportunities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that can include:Competitive wagesCareer PathwaysHealth Insurance (for those eligible)Voluntary benefits (Disability, Accident, Life)401K (with company match)Payroll advances on earned wagesPerks at Work Discount ProgramGenerous Paid Time OffEducation AssistanceAs an inclusive workplace, everyone is welcomed at Cascade Living.
