the Wellness Director LPN or RN (Health Services) youre the
clinical leader and oversee the nursing team. Its your
responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with
other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of
our residents.As the Wellness Director LPN (Licensed Practical
Nurse) or RN, you will:Make a significant contribution to the
quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest
possible quality and consistencyReview routines, calendar of
events, team member schedule and coordinate resident appointments,
treatments, or proceduresAssists with new resident orientation and
transition to communityDevelop, implement and update service
plansMake daily rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and
emotional status of residentsCoordinate admission and discharge of
residentsEvaluate employee performance and assume responsibility
for recruiting, hiring and training new employeesEnsures
documentation of resident clinical status and is able to
communicate to physicians and other healthcare professionalsEnsure
medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift
changeDemonstrate organizational skills around time
managementPromote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade
LivingManage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEstablish effective
relationships with residents, family members and staffWe are

license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or
Registered Nurse (RN)]Compassionate individuals who will represent
