Job DescriptionPacific Medical Group - North Portland, of Praxis Health, is known for providing individualized and exceptional care to multiple generations of families and we have built an excellent reputation in the community, which makes for a loyal patient panel.We are seeking dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient, primary care setting, who would like the opportunity to join our thriving and provider-driven, outpatient practice, partnering with a collegial and supportive team.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care that emphasizes preventative care while helping to manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
