DescriptionThe CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. • Master's Degree - Social Worker.
• Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License upon hire. Or,
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.Preferred Qualifications:
