Job Description:

Registered Nurses are sought to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes.

Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions. Organize patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  
• Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
  
• Obtain BLS certification on hire and maintain as current.
  
• Obtain ACLS certification within 6 months of hire and maintain as current.
  
• Obtain PALS certification within 6 months of hire and maintain as current.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  
• Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients in various age groups, including accurate and appropriate assessments and reassessments.
  
• Document thoroughly, following regulatory and hospital requirements, including updating Phase II times and other required documentation in the EMR system.
  
• Evaluate patients' response to interventions, pain level, and response to medication.
  
• Assume responsibility for clinical competency and professional development.
  
• Independently manage patient assignment utilizing appropriate use of resources.
