    • Experience with geriatric and psychiatric patients preferred, able to redirect and de-escalate patients
    • Safety rounding, therapeutic groups
      • Schedule Information
      • Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour Noc shifts per week, 4 weekend days a month
      • Floating policy: Floating when needed but rarely happens
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Beds: 10
        • Patient Ratios: 1:5
        • Unit staffing description: Ideally we have 2 nurses, one CNA and one Milieu staff each shift
        • Type of equipment: ligature reduced
        • Documentation system: Meditech
        • Patient Experience requirements: Psych experience preferred

          • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: We have a lot of seasoned staff with vast psych experience that are a wonderful resource. We are also working on expansion plans in 2025 to open an adult psych unit on the adjacent unit due largely to the success of the current unit.
