Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Float Pool to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical surgical units, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitionsRequirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience in a medical surgical settingPreferred Qualifications
