Job Title: Lactation Educator RNJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Lactation Educator RN to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Lactation Educator RN, you will play a vital role in providing expert lactation care and education to our patients and families.Responsibilities:

• Provide lactation education and support to patients and families
• Conduct lactation assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive lactation care
• Develop and implement lactation education programs for patients and staff
• Stay current with evidence-based lactation practices and guidelinesRequirements:
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
  • 3 years Experience providing lactation care in a Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, or NICU department or in an outpatient mother baby clinical settingPreferred Qualifications:
