ZoomCare is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills in our complete care system with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!HOURS: 8am - 6pm or 9am - 6pm. Must be able to pick up a minimum of (4) shifts per month and have availability to work on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.LOCATION: Wilsonville ClinicESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProvide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.Provide evidence-based medical care.Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.QUALIFICATIONSPhysician Assistant Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse PractitionerMust have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.Experience seeing patients of all ages.COMPENSATION PACKAGEMedical, Dental, Vision and ZoomCare Pharmacy Benefits401K with 4% employer matchPaid Sick Time OffState License, DEA, BLS, and CME Reimbursement, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice InsuranceFIGS ScrubsHourly pay rate: $73.53 - $82 per hourAll benefits dependent on role and eligibilityWORKING CONDITIONS and REQUIREMENTSMust wear a mask as neededStanding for long periods of timeVaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.SUMMARYAt ZoomCare we are working hard to make healthcare easy.
