Location: Portland, ORSalary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner FULL-TIME in Oregon State to travel to perform in home health assessments.Overview

  • Perform Adult/Geriatric Assessments
  • Manage medical history, diagnoses, and treatments
  • Offer health education, referrals, and case management
