*Cedar Sinai Park is looking for full and part-time Registered Nurses to work in our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care community. **We are located at 6125 SW Boundary St. Portland, Oregon 97221, in the Raleigh Hills area of southwest Portland. Evaluates completion of duties and makes reassignments as necessary to ensure provision of service to the residents. Assists with orientation of new staff. Observes, documents and reports any significant changes in the resident's condition that warrants medical and/or nursing intervention. Completes paperwork for resident physician appointments, transfers and discharges. Gathers data for entry into the clinical record. Assures the provision of nursing services and takes action to ensure fulfilling resident wishes and promoting the least restrictive alternative of care. Provides direct resident care when needed.*Required Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications* _1 3 years similar experience required._ Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Registered Nurse required. Must be in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
