Territory Manager to join our team! This role will focus on

opportunities. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Develop and
execute a territory growth plan focused on cardiothoracic surgical
accounts, hospitals, and IDNs Provide case coverage and
intraoperative support during open heart and minimally invasive
cardiothoracic procedures Build and maintain trusted relationships
with cardiothoracic surgeons, perfusionists, surgical nurses, and
hospital administrators Conduct product demonstrations and training
to educate clinical staff on proper use and application
Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals, while supporting
Arthrex’s clinical and educational mission Collaborate
cross-functionally with Associate Sales Representatives, Clinical
Specialists, and Medical Education teams Maintain CRM documentation
and provide reporting on sales activity, account performance, and
market trends Qualifications: 2 years of experience in
cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or surgical device sales required
Strong familiarity with open-heart procedures, cardiac surgical
workflows, and the hospital OR environment Proven track record of
quota achievement and territory development Bachelor's degree
required; clinical/science background strongly preferred (e.g.,
Biology, Kinesiology, Nursing) Excellent communication, time
management, and presentation skills Willingness to travel locally
and be present for early morning surgical cases Interested in
