Locum Anesthesia Physician need in Portland Oregon. Any state license accepted to submit. Compensation is $350 hourly. 483 beds Trauma Center 32 ICU beds 21 ORs, 2 OB Suites 17 MD, 48 CRNA FTE Model No offsite ANES needs Care Team Model Physician Schedule Details: Week & Weekends 10, 12, 16hr shifts On-Call required o CALL DETAILS: First Call MDs from home General 1:8 home call physician rotation. On call day, you will not be on shift until 5:00pm that evening. If you come in, there will be a CRNAs on site with you until 11pm in addition to OB CRNA and OB Physician covering OB. You may take call from home if a case is not running as long as you are within a 30-minute callback time. You will get off the next morning at 7:00am and have post call day off. General Pager Call Weekday, Mon Fri 14hrs , 5p-7a Weekend, Sat Sun 24hrs , 7a-7a General-Main OR 1 st Pager Call Sat 14hrs , 5p-7a TYPES OF CASES: Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho o OB: Providence Portland 7a-7a 2 CRNA rooms with 1 MD Medical Directing OB physicians to work a 24-hour shift schedule with CRNA on avg 2 per week (rotate between the 5) Medically Supervise CRNAs Contact: Conrad Feller, BSN,RN Ascend Medical Staffing
