Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 2 years in an ambulatory clinic, 1 year of telephone triage License: Valid State License Preferred Certifications: BLS, BSN Must-Have: - Epic experience required - Experience with chemotherapy preferred - 3 years of previous charge experience Description: Urology RN for a clinical setting. The role includes pre-op phone calls and triage. Administrative nursing duties are required. Nurse-only appointments will be conducted. Research support and training responsibilities are included. You will address unforeseen needs during provider visits. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. This position provides care for adult patients, focusing on urologic care. Services include catheterizations, specimen collections, biopsies, and cystoscopies. Medications administered may include BCG, Lupron, and Botox. Triage experience is important in this role. The RN will assess patient and family needs. You will develop and implement a plan of care.
