Coverage Needed Start Date: January 16, 2026 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Call: 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Clinical Details Specialties: Hospice and Palliative Medicine Practice Setting: Telehealth EMR System: Epic Support Staff: 1 PA/NP Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time Required: 20-30 minutes Requirements Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Licenses: Active OR License, OR DEA, WA License, WA DEA Certifications: BLS Required Experience: Preferably Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) with ample hospice experience
