Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Portland, OR Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,288 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide family-centered care to critically ill neonates in a high-acuity NICU Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists in neonatal care and surgery Support the education of nursing students and pediatric residents Float within hospital units as needed (no sister hospital float) Maintain excellent documentation using EPIC Requirements Active RN license (pending OK if submitted) BSN required Minimum 3 years NICU experience BLS and NRP certifications Weekend shifts required EPIC charting experience preferred Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
