Supervisor Navigator RN - Cancer Center *1.0 FTE Day* at
Providence Health and Services summary: The Supervisor Navigator RN
oversees a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators across four
Providence Cancer Institutes, providing leadership and direct
patient navigation services. The role supports clinical program
development and upholds nursing standards while ensuring workflows
and daily activities are managed effectively. Candidates must hold
an RN license, have oncology nursing experience, and preferably
supervisory experience within ambulatory settings. Description
Supervisor Navigator RN at four (4) Providence Cancer Institutes
wherein you will supervise a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators.
This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. The Supervisor,
RN Navigator assists the Director Clinical Program Development and
Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN Navigators daily
activities and workflows. Upholds standards of nursing practice to
include ONS ONN core competencies. As a working supervisor, this
position will provide direct navigation services to a pre-selected
group of patients, while supporting the RN Navigator team in a

Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or
registration requirement. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon
hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
OCN within 6 months (180 days) of hire. 3 years of relevant
oncology RN experience. Experience in delegating nursing
responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years as an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Care management and/or clinical trial experience. Supervisory
