Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room
Discipline: RN Duration: 12 weeks 10 hours per week Shift: 10 hours
Employment Type: Travel Under the direction of the Dean or
Assistant Dean, the Adjunct Nursing Faculty (RN) is responsible for
the supervision and teaching of students during the clinical
placement portion of nursing courses and for assisting the student
in achieving clinical course objectives. Service to the college,
community, health system, and profession are integral aspects of
the Adjunct Nursing Faculty (RN) role. Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred except in states where
minimum requirement for a clinical instructor is a Bachelor’s
Degree in Nursing Current Registered Nurse License for the state in
which the nurse practices Current CPR if applicable TB
questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health
certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all
federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of
