Physical Therapist Location: Lincoln City, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,676 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current unencumbered state Physical Therapy license required. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must-Have: Must be able to travel to multiple points of care. Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Services offered include acute rehabilitation, swing bed rehab, sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care. The outpatient therapy department is well-equipped and provides a dynamic and supportive therapy environment.
