Physical Therapist Location: Lebanon, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,638 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 0700-1730 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: Able to travel to multiple points of care Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. We offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
