Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: January 16, 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; On-call 4-6 nights/month and 1 weekend/month Patient Population: Adult Location: Portland, OR Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Provide telehealth consultations and hospice care Manage calls for crisis visits, symptom management, and admissions Collaborate with nurse practitioners and share call responsibilities across two locations Participate in IDT consultations, medication consultations, and telehealth visits Qualifications Active OR and WA medical licenses and DEAs Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospice Valid BLS certification Working Hours Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-call duties 4-6 nights per month and 1 weekend Skills Proficient in telehealth technology Strong crisis management and consultation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in hospice care is essential Become an integral part of a supportive team providing exceptional hospice care in the heart of Oregon.
