Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Portland, OR Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,010 to $3,020 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Registered Nurse - Home Health @ Providence Portland Home Health East Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) LSI21452 Requirements Must have BOTH OR and WA licensure BLS required Minimum 1 years' experience required Epic experience required Special Requirements Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60–90-minute total drive time) per day. Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster Oasis is required. Traveler must have BOTH OR and WA Licensure
