Coordinates project and support teams to ensure appropriate development, training, implementation, support and evaluation of application functionality. Oversees workflow and processes as they related to systems applications. /n Job Requirements: /n/n Education and Work Experience: /n /n - Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required /n - Bachelor's Degree: Preferred /n - Five years' health plan claims or information systems experience: Preferred /n /n/n/n Essential Functions: /n /n - Analyzes and reviews data requirements for internal use as well as for outside vendors to ensure data requirements are met. Coordinates a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files. Analyzes file structure, using and creating file layouts and transforming raw data into finished products. /n - Oversees a variety of information systems and data files. Oversees technical support for Benefits Administration-specific applications. /n - Works with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files. Analyzes file structure, using and creating file layouts and transforming raw data into finished products. /n - Prepares health plan reports. Creates trending and management reports as needed. /n - Provides data reporting and analytical support for auditing functions.
