care clinics. Be part of a seasoned team of physicians and advanced
practitioners, supported by skilled care teams and cutting-edge

$285,000 to $305,000 with a two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)
Additional opportunities for productivity and quality incentives
Flexible scheduling options: 0.60-1.00 FTE, with 3-4 day workweeks

40 hours of CME Relocation assistance, educational loan repayment,
