The role involves providing therapy services in home settings. The position operates on an 8-hour day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will see a maximum of 6 patients per day. A productivity standard of 30 points is expected. No weekend work is required for this assignment. Charting will occur using a laptop and a phone application. Business casual attire is expected; scrubs are allowed but not required. A positive rapport with clients is essential for success. The work environment promotes minimized travel between appointments. This role supports adult and geriatric patient populations. References from previous supervisory roles are required for applicants. All travelers are expected to float between facilities if needed.
