Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Portland, OR Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,672 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Home Health – Portland, Oregon Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Portland, Oregon Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday; up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard Highlights: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes across west Portland and surrounding areas Work with adult and geriatric populations managing a variety of conditions including wound care, medication management, and chronic disease Utilize EPIC Remote Client for Home Health charting and Rover mobile app; OASIS documentation required No on-call or weekend requirements; flexible time-off options available with advance approval Free parking and IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided 40-hour comprehensive orientation to support your success Requirements: Active Oregon RN license or pending license (accepted) Minimum 1 year of skilled home health nursing experience required OASIS documentation experience required Current BLS certification Reliable personal vehicle for patient visits (typical daily drive radius up to 60 miles) Proficiency in wound care, medication administration, IV infusions, and patient assessment Experience with G-tubes, colostomy/ileostomy care, and PICC line management preferred COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of comparable experience within the last 3 years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the autonomy and flexibility of home health nursing while providing meaningful one-on-one patient care in a supportive environment.
